the rocket league player's choice crate was released to the game on february 21, 2017, the items in the original pcc was sourced from community voting, so this happening refresh is based on general community sentiment and player trading data. the item from the pcc is the same with the one from cc1, but some of the values may be different (i.e. a type s is worth more if it's from pcc because you can trade it up for either voltaics or zombas)
